and therefore you make extra a new thread, just for only 1 Elite, that is a total dead horse ? Where everyone and a fly's fart knows about, that GW is full of more or less complete useless Skills, thx to Death Nerfs or for 3 years missing needed Skill Buffs, because of Anet nerfing/buffing ever only the same Meta Shit, instead of 1x concentratign on the real Skills, which need some significant buffs to become useful/interestign enough, to be taken into Skill Bars
lol

Not every elite can act like it's from Nightfall
Also, I've used it before - decent for a smiter

Its a spell with low to moderate usefulness, I bet there are worse elites around.
On the plus side its got a long duration and is low cost.
I guess making it a signet would be a good start and balance the zero cost by increasing the recharge time to say 30
Any increase in energy gain should come at high to very high divine favour levels I don't think it would be abused much as a much longer recharge would make it difficult to cast on more than 1 or 2 characters.
The term Elite Skill should never have been used it gives you the expectation that your getting something very special.
Its a boss or creature skill and as such useful under specific conditions and in combination with skills carried by their companions.

Yea that could work, +1 energy regen and -1 regen for the maintainment. I mean its not like they have a non elite that does that, oh wait they do its call succor and it give +1hp regen as well.
Yea, to make it effective evergy management it would have to be at least +2 pips with a short recharge.

To make it even vaguely more desirable it just would benefit from having the energy regen scale with Divine Favour, such as:
+0 Regen at up to 4 Divine Favour
+1 Regen at 5 to 10 Divine Favour
+2 Regen at 11 to 16 Divine Favour
+3 Regen at 17+ Divine Favour
OR, make it like an elite version of Succor, which doesn't require maintaining, whereby it also grants Health Regeneration, which also scales with divine favour (to a maximum of +3 Regen).
Still wouldn't make it that good, but any more would be too powerful imo.

Yeah...cuz [succor] isn't even an option is it. No, you need succor's elite version [peace and harmony] XD. Well there you have it, the maintainable/better version of peace and harmony.

I think it should act like Mantra of Recall. Like, make it grant a small amount of energy when it ends.
Mainly, I just wanna use Boon Prot again. ^^

Don't post if you don't know anything about skill changes. It's like a cocky 12 year old trying to argue relativity with Einstein. The kid just looks like an idiot. Even without any skill changes, 80% of the skills in this game would still be useless. There have been probably just as many skill buffs as nerfs, and most of those nerfs don't even affect what you do. It's harder than you think to buff a thousand useless skills, when they have their hands full changing 20-50 skills a patch.

Succor is target other ally, Peace and Harmony is target ally.
I actually like the idea of making it a maintained enchantment and giving 2 pips of energy regeneration (at the cost of 1 of maintaining it) Not a very useful Monk elite, but at least it MIGHT see some play in certain builds.

are there any builds which use this elite in ANY area?

Actually, [Archer's Signet] is the worst elite possible.
To me, either add a +1...+3 health regen also, or half casting time of spells.

I think everybody in this thread talking about the worst elite is forgetting the beauty that is [Wastrel's Collapse]. [Unyielding Aura] says hi too.
That said, you can basically reread Celestial Beaver's post to get my take on it. Scale with Divine Favor to make it at least worth a thought now and then.

Peace and Harmony {e} 10e 1s cast 20r Divine Favor
for 1...3 seconds target ally cannot attack or be the target of attacks. This skill has a 50% chance failure Divine Favor 8 or less.
dunno might be overpowered esp. with smite monks so common in this meta....

Needs a full overhaul to be useful. Maybe make it disable skills when attacked with them or something along those lines.

changed functionality:
While enchanted with Peace and Harmony all your attack skills are disabled and you cannot attack.
Gain +1...3 energy regeneration for 5....30 seconds.
Whenever creature enchanted with Peace and Harmony is attacked by a foe, Peace and Harmony ends and attacking foe becomes enchanted with Peace and Harmony.
